We don’t judge. We’re help to help. This was once someone’s home and we respect that, which is why we take special care when buying unwanted properties from owners. In this case, the owner, who inherited the home, lives out of state and was not interested in managing a clean out, fixing it up and waiting for it to sell on the market. We were able to do all of that for him and donate nearly 75 boxes of clothing and home goods (and counting!). As a first for us, we will also host an estate sale for the remaining items and were able to arrange the sale of a vehicle which was also left behind.
